    I would give the business a zero if I could!!!My order was sent to the wrong address... instead of correcting the error, they advised me to go to someone else's house to pick up it up... that is a NO!!! I asked them to send me a new order since it's their mistake... no response at all

    I would like a refund of my order and cancellation. I have been scammed by the company. ordered over 2 weeks ago and *** label created but no package provided to them for delivery to me! I have tried to contact support via email, message chat to no avail and phone contact is not real. Tried calling the number listed and it non working!

    I placed an order, and went through my Afterpay account, which is one of the ways Perfume Box accepts payments. Everything went through fine, my Afterpay account had scheduled my payments. I was excited to receive my orders. Next thing I know, P.B. cancels my order, and flags it as fraud! My A.P. schedule was cancelled, and now I can't get anyone from P.B. to contact me. ****************, bad business, and zero customer service. Buyer beware

    They are great at with orders and shipping them out but when something goes wrong and a product is returned that's where things go south. No response on the return item whether it be a replacement or a refund

    They sent me a lower quality product and wont refund the difference between the two products. Wont respond to countless complaints I submitted. Stay away. Fortunately Im only out $29. It could have been a lot worse

    Deliberate wrong address and customer service said cant help, not my problem basically, thats insulting spending so much money on perfume only to get disappointed. Never received it and they did not care . Feels scammed
