    I recently hosted a party at Pump It Up and unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed and frustrated. When I booked the party, I was told food needed to be ordered from a menu on their website, and that the food came from a restaurant right across the street. Seemed simple enough, until I looked at the menu closer and realized the prices listed were extremely inflated.I called the restaurant directly and confirmed that their regular prices were much lower than what Pump It Up was charging. When I brought this up with the staff during the party confirmation call, I was told I couldnt place my own order with the same restaurant without being charged an outside vendor feeeven though it was the same place they use. I felt stuck and had to change my order to stay within budget.After the party, I reached out to the district manager and eventually spoke with the owner, hoping to have a constructive conversation about the food pricing. Instead, I was met with hostility. The owner **** spent nearly 10 minutes berating me, raising his voice, and telling me that if I couldnt afford a party, I shouldnt be throwing one.This kind of treatment is unacceptable. A business that caters to children and families should lead with kindness and fairness, not price gouging and verbal attacks. I wouldnt recommend this location, and I sincerely hope they reconsider how they treat their customers moving forward.
