    Lack of words to describe this place. ZERO ZERO ZERO customer experience. The owner, ****** is TERRIBLE.The issue: I was told on the phone, the initial consultation is Free. Fast forward, a very good plumber consulted and said I will be charged. I said it was a free consultation and he said that he would chat with his office and get back. Fair enough.He came back and said that I would still need to pay. So, I called the office back and I get transferred to *****. This woman barely hears me out and says Ill call the Police if you dont pay up. I couldn.t believe what I just heard. She thinks people in ********* cant afford a $100? OMG, unbelievable. If youre looking for customer service, this is NOT the place. Even if there was a misunderstanding, this is absolutely no way to talk to customers. Business ************** Im not the only person to have this opinion. No more business. This is why **************** matters over everything else. People matter. I learnt a good ****** about business today, treat people right, hear them out and always learn to work things out without bullying!Another learning - if someone threatens you to call the police, please ask them to call the cops. Dont entertain bullies and terrible companies. Were highly educated people and dont want to ever put up with such disrespectful people.
