      DOWC What can I say is **** customer service and patience at DOWC is unbelievable I had gotten this contract through a dealership were I purchased my vehicle and didnt quite understand all of the details, **** went above and beyond to explain your contract what comes with the contract he explains how to submit your claims and explain procedures to follow. He is a very good listener he takes the time to make sure he understands the details of your situation. I have no regrets purchasing this warranty service it is 100% good service to have Thank you **** for wonderful customer service and **** for reaching out to communicate with me either by phone or email!

      I am 100% satisfied with this warranty service. I have always been treated more than fair with the handling of each of my claims. The customer service reps are knowledgeable and willing to update and share information relative to me understanding each claim and coverages. The company seems more concerned about making sure coverages are honored; and they do it very courteously. This is the best expense I could have purchased for my car's extended warranty. I have no regrets with this company (Servicecontract) and will use them as long as I am offered the service!

      I would recommend this company my personal experience with **** was fantastic it was a bit difficult start but once I was able to speak to my claims specialist things began to move very smoothly they were able to get my car fixed with very little out of pocket on my end. There was a little miscommunication in the beginning but I was able to speak to a few different individuals who were very helpful and as I said **** my claims specialist was not only kind and genuinely caring he got things done. So I would definitely recommend DOWC if you are looking for an after market warranty company.
