Place is holding vehicle hostage and providing horrible craftsmanship to force customer to reject vehicle to force insurance to pay more money while still providing sub par service. No timeline of when work will be done or what type of work is being done can be provided. They have no idea of when the vehicle will be ready and they have had the vehicle since December 19th 2024. They have all the parts and everything they still refuse to provide an estimated time of complete. This is a simple bumper and they have already billed insurance over 23 thousand dollars and are trying their hardest to collect more. Customer service doesn’t help and is argumentative and won’t provide any clear information. Customer service won’t provide details about the possible date the work will be completed just say this week or that week with no dates. I need some type of information to use for my life so I can schedule time to pick up the vehicle. This is going on 3 months for a bumper. In no way was this job 23 thousand dollars but they continue to harm me by not working on
My vehicle. It leaves me paying insurance and car not for months while they push up the price on work for months while nothing happens and when it does and I do show up they look like they try to give you temu parts that don’t fit and it’s all sloppy work. I need an explanation of what’s going on because I have asked to speak to a supervisor over a dozen times with no help. Not once have I been put in contact with anyone who can help me. I worry that they could be damaging my vehicle or using its parts to fix other vehicles. There definitely is no need to keep my vehicle this long without some type of fraud or wrongdoing going on. Too many red flags and I need help trying to figure out what’s going on.

I took the car in for an estimate. Was quoted a price for approximately $6,000 on November 29, 2022, at which point I provided a deposit for the work. I took the car in for the work on February 7th, 2023 and receive an email increasing the price to $9800 in February 13, 2023. This is a 65% increase to the original price. I asked for them to return the vehicle without completing the repair, but they are insisting in keeping the majority of my deposit for a restocking fee and labor needed to put the car back together. This is not a way of doing business. I would understand a more reasonable increase in price. They did not communicate that the original estimate was meaningless.
