      Hired this business to build a real estate website and we started to talk about the specifications, but from the initial cheap price I was convinced I needed another with certain functions priced at $600. When I paid the $600 and kept asking to see the site they were building they only showed some mockups but not my personalized site. At this point I was presented with the fact that if I wanted the site to perform as I wanted, then I would have to add for the site maintenance, marketing and several other services, provided by Iota-Digital at around $5700 for three months but with a down payment and the remaining with three monthly payments of $1,350
      All of these actions and the failure to letting me see how my site would actually looked, I became convinced I was being upsell and expressed this concern to Mr Brandon M. project manager assigned to me. When I received more of the same, I stopped communicating with the manager, and filed a complaint with Apple Card, but after Iota-Digital responded that they had finished the site and had delivered it to me, my dispute was denied. But the fact is they lied, the site was never delivered to me, and I don’t know neither want to know what’s the matter with the site, nor will I receive the site. Since this matter is one where I need to trust this company to offer services and continued support, I lost that trust when they have lied by answering to my dispute to Apple Card that they have delivered the website. I have submitted herein about five pictures captured from my conversations with the project manager where I’m showing I began to express my concerns and how these were ignored.
