    I am choosing this because there are no negatives. Ok you live and learn. This company started nice and understanding. They Quoted a price and they are treating my bank account as if we share the account as husband and wife. I was quoted a price for the move and put money aside for that. After 3 hours and 1 of those hours was spent on the phone, I was told oh we have to stop and come back 2 days from the first. What I was supposed to be out the apartment on the 31st. What no unacceptable. I was planning to fly out of town. So arrangements were made for the second. Wow I kept getting delayed text delayed text. So now they said they worked 3 hours and 40 minutes so I owed them 376 on the first day and $580 on the second day. I am not rich I am just making it. I need my security deposit and rent. As above ***** will have taken over thousand dollars for which should have been 600- 700 dollar move. Now I know my bedroom furniture is broken I have to buy a new bed, probably new drinking glasses and other items. Some clothing items were in the drawer I took them out put them in a garbage bag. They took the bag put it in a box and they said they packed it and charged me. As a single hearing impaired woman they took advantage and disrespected me. I have a voice and will tell everyone. Also I missed 2 flights. Out of town until my new place is ready. I am so afraid because now will they give me my furniture and how much is it going to cost me. As you can see this company has not improved.

    I would rate the service a "0" if it is available.I booked a H313533393337**363133H/storage service with H333136383032323638**H for my daughter (Order #**-0725-836206), based on strong recommendations from ******************* parents. Unfortunately, our August 2, 2025 experience was a complete disaster from start to finish..(1) Scheduling Breakdown H333136383032323638**H confirmed our need to complete pickup before 10:00 AM. I was told a request had been submitted for a 7:00 AM start. That never reached the movers.(2) Day of Move My daughter waited at her dorm from 7:00 AM. The truck never arrived. The app showed fluctuating ETAs and a driver circling aimlessly blocks away.(3) ************************************** refused to give driver contact info or accept routing help from my daughter, who knew the area. She watched the truck on the map, clearly off track, and was told to just track the app.(4) External Conditions We later learned a road closure (Summer ******** blocked the route. But H333136383032323638**H had no contingency planand wouldn't let customers ******** Abandonment At 11:00 AM, the driver gave up without arriving. H333136383032323638**H auto-rescheduled the move to August 5three days laterwith no notice or consent.(6) Consequences Missed flight home Last-minute emergency storage ($269.97) **** H313533393337**363133H help ($314.29) Vision exam/dental procedure conflicts Avoided change fees only after long calls with Delta (7) $100 Fee When I canceled the rescheduled service via H333136383032323638**Hs website, I was instantly charged a $100 cancellation fee.(8) Request for Resolution I filed Claim #DE608846 requesting reimbursement for: $100 cancellation fee $269.97 storage fee $314.29 **** H313533393337**363133H help I did not request hotel or flight change reimbursement, despite the impact.(9) H333136383032323638**Hs Response They approved only a $100 refund.This was a deeply disappointing experience. I hope the BBB will take meaningful action to prevent other families from enduring the same.

    Clutter is the worst company, of any kind, that I've ever interacted with. I became a customer after ********************** purchased my previous storage company, *******. They managed to destroy 2 family heirlooms and eventually held my belongings hostage, refusing to respond to emails/calls until I started messaging people on ********. Because they refused to deliver my furniture or make any accommodations, I had to schedule a second cross-country move just for the furniture in my Clutter unit. Their day-to-day employees are nice (shout-out *****!) but their middle-management is dismissive, does not care at all about customers, takes no responsibility for their company's mistakes, and hides behind their "corporate policies". Using clutter cost me thousands of dollars more than it should have. It is extraordinarily exasperating. I cannot fathom how they remain in business and assume they'll go bankrupt soon. I truly never leave negative reviews, ever, but I despise this company with a passion. Do not use them under any circumstance. Don't believe me? Read some of their other 1 star reviews--they outnumber their 5 star reviews for a reason. I used Piece of Cake for my cross-country move and storage and they were exceptional in every way.

    DO NOT use Clutter! They destroyed half of everything I owned. Ive lost Thousands of dollars worth of ***************** customer service is abysmal! We stored with them for 3 yearsover 20k spent in storage!! We lost all our major furniture pieces. One star is too high to even give them. Ive never been more disgusted with a company in my life!

    am beyond ******, to the point that I have reached out to BBB and an attorney. We chose Clutter from a referral. I wanted my items 10 days prior to receiving them. I attempted to make an appointment to pick items up and I could only pick up items on same day at delivery appointment. That was an additional red flag. The two men arrived at our address at 9:15am. Upon arrival we educated them to where to bring items and that there is two beds and a tv stand to be put together. They both say they do not put stuff together. We were then informed that they were called in from ******** and were not part of the ********** Team because they called out. I say what we were quoted ****+ and you do not put things together. I was told they do not have to put the items together. The only saving ***** was ******. He humped everything up all of the steps. The other guy stayed on the truck and did hardly anything. We were told that they needed their moving blankets. SO GUESS WHO UNWRAPPED EVERY ITEM. The men left the tape ***** that we created by unwrapping the items that your company was to take care of. I then called customer service. **************** is c*** Not one person is affiliated with CLutter. when asked to transfer to office in swedesboro I was told I do not have a way to do that. I asked for contact name and the "supervisor" stated he did not know the name to give me. What a crock. He was reading from a script. I have not paid my bill and do not plan to unless they correct it. Their website false advertises and had hidden fees that is not known prior and it will be well known not to use your CLUTTER
