      I couldnt be happier with my experience with Tulip Auto Protection. From the very beginning, their team walked me through the coverage options clearly and made sure I understood exactly what was included. The sign-up process was simple, and I never felt pressuredjust well-informed.What really impressed me was how smooth the claims process was. When my car needed repairs, Tulip handled everything directly with the repair shop, and all I had to worry about was my small deductible. They even helped me find a great service center nearby, which saved me a ton of time and stress.I also love the extras that come with the planlike roadside assistance and maintenance perks. It feels like Tulip truly thought about what drivers actually need and built it into their coverage.Overall, Tulip Auto Protection has given me real peace of mind. Knowing that both routine maintenance and unexpected repairs are taken care of lets me focus on enjoying my car instead of worrying about big bills. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, customer-friendly auto **********************.

      ************ Once they have your money they ghost you and will not refund your money with the thirty day window Youll get an AI generated response and it is extremely frustrating- no calls will ever be returned So not get involved with them ans dont give them your information

      It appears to be a scam company. My mother accidently clicked on a website of theirs that was masking as Endurance to get a payment phone number, and it was false company. Claiming they could not find her account, got sensitive info from her, suddenly "found the account," and then took her money. She has got a bank deduction (which she did not set up or authorize), and contacts from multiple payment service companies for Tulip ever since (3 different payment service companies in just 3 days alone).I investigated Tulip myself a little less than a week ago and discovered that the website showed no credentials, and the customer service agent that you get when you call the provided number, is fake. The very realistic AI voice asked for my first name, so I told it "Tulip." I gave "Auto" as my last name, and then it said, "Okay, how can I help you today?" When I asked to speak to a real person, the "agent" got glitchy and started cycling between "how can I help you, and goodbye." Then the call was disconnected. Totally a fake. Then today, I double checked the website again for an email address, and now it says the site is unavailable. I wonder if it is because when a payment agency called to collect more from her on Sunday, we told them we knew it was a scam. The agent claimed, "You need to do your research, it's a 5 star A+ business on BBB!" We told him he needed to do his, because obviously it is not. When we told him that the bank had been notified, he hung up.

      Hello,We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience. Although there are a few things we'd like to clarify to clear up any confusion. Our company does not currently advertise in any formality on the internet in which can be correlated in any way to other companies other than ourselves. Our customer service team also are fully trained live representatives. We are also unsure what exactly you mean in reference to "found the account" as that is a complete impossibility, being as any and all payment information can only be directly provided by the -customer in question. Our phone systems and website are working, and we believe your mother may have purchased another policy or more, aside from us and that is where the confusion lies. Our cancellation and refund processes are very simple and detailed in your coverage booklet. We would love to solve the issue, simply by cancelling the contract. Although there has yet to be a direct request for that to happen up until your BB-B review. Please call our customer service phone number at your earliest convenience at ************ so that we may assist you in simply cancelling the policy and honoring any refunds your mother is entitled to. Thank you.

      When my vehicle was having issues and the check engine light was on I was worried I wouldnt have a way to get to work. Im glad that I had decided to enroll with Tulip when I did a few months ago. I called Tulip and told them what was going on and they helped me find a great service center nearby for the repair. I paid a $100 deductible and the administrator paid the rest. The customer service agents were very kind and knowledgeable. They were true to their word paying for my oil change as well.

      I am very impressed with Tulip Auto Protection. They were true to their service agreement. I had joined them only a few days ago and within obtaining there warranty I was able to get my automobile emergency serviced.Thanks alot.
