    Anyone considering engaging the services of ***************************** (***********************), or any of his companies would be wise to undertake a thorough background check on this man, and the companies he is associated with. Radaris.com is particularly informative for background checks. In addition you can find reviews of ****************** on sites like Yelp, as well other online information including some disclosure regarding legal action with former business partners, insurance companies, and other legal action against ******************. While ****************** may provide references from third parties, it would be wise to further research the reliability of these references. Purchasing a background check would be sensible as it will provide you with the information required to make a fully informed decision. I have not outlined the specific issues that I have had with ******************. There is already sufficient information in the public domain for people to make an informed decision before engaging ******************. However, in my particular case on 4 March 2022 ANC Construction Corp., and ***************************** were found by the Superior Court of ********** Essex County to have violated the ********** Consumer Fraud Act, N.J.S. A. 56:8-1 et seq. This is not the first time ****************** has been in violation of the ********** Consumer Fraud act (Civil Action No. 21-CV-10032-CLW-SRC) as determined on 14 September 2021. I suspect that the information you find online is just the "tip of the iceberg". I understand that when ****************** agrees on settlements he insists upon a non-disparagement clause. In my case ****************** was required by the court to compensate me financially, and the court judged against ****************** in respect of his rerquest for a non-disparagement clause. My legal action against ****************** took almost four years to resolve. It is my hope that my advice precludes you from having the same difficulties that I, and many others have had with ******************.

    This was the worst experience we have ever had with a general contractor. We had flood damage on 2 levels of our house and something that should've taken at most 2 months dragged on for 1 year. We were lied to, work was done unprofessionally, and overall bad company practices. As an example one of our kitchen drawers had to be nailed shut because the measurements were done wrong and the drawer would not be able to be used. The answer we got was that we have alot more storage now and to just accept it. The overall job was done very poor and another contractor had to come in to repair work the right way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR. He is a scammer and unreliable GC.
