I sent them my application in and then re resent the application. I sent the correct credit card info via email they charged the card. The process as I was told it could take up to four weeks. I called them to make sure things were going along. The issue is they waited four weeks that one of the pages that my manager filled out was not correct. After learning that I am waiting on a actual date for the exam. I decided to pull out because it would cost me $***** to send the paper work that was needed. The issue is that I asked for a refund I received a email confirmation that the process is being sent to the correct people. I have noticed that they are charging me additional fees, I was not informed of the additional charges. I received a fee for incomplete application fee, *****, and 50 application fee and another ***** as well. Their policy does not reflect any refund information. The original application was $225.00 They are deducting $1***** from that leaves me with would be $85.00 put I received a email stating that I would get $135.00. I would like to be refunded in the amount of $225.00

    Dear BBB,
We would like to provide clarification regarding the processing of ******* ********* certification exam application and subsequent refund request.
C-NET provides testing services for various medical boards, and applicants must agree to board policies that may vary depending on the specific exam. By signing the application, candidates confirm that they have "read, understood, and agreed to abide by the policies."
On November 15, 2024, C-NET received ******* ********* application for certification. Upon review, it was determined that required informationspecifically, the supervisor's phone numberwas missing. As a result, the application was marked incomplete, and a $40 incomplete application fee was incurred. An incomplete status notification was sent to Ms. ******* on December 3, 2024.
On January 10, 2025, Ms. ******* submitted additional documents; however, they were still missing the required supervisor contact number, and the $40 incomplete fee had not been paid. A second incomplete status notification was sent. On January 31, 2025, instead of resubmitting the required information,Ms. ******* requested a refund.
Page 4 of the examination handbook states, "Refunds are issued minus an application processing fee and any other non-refundable fees. "In accordance with this policy, on February 6, 2025, Ms. ********* card was refunded $135. The $50 application processing fee and the $40 incomplete application fee were withheld, as these fees are non-refundable.
It is important to note that the incomplete fee might have been waived had Ms. ******* reached out to a manager to discuss her concerns. Since her refund has only recently processed, she still has the option to request a review of her situation with a manager if she wishes.
Please let us know if any further clarification is needed.
