    This establishment is going through changes due to loud rude customers and the homeless that frequent the place. I stopped in to buy a cup of coffee around 4pm. Tables were scattered and unclean. Floor was dirty with garbage thrown about . Napkins were not available ,they were taken by customers out of single bag. 2 Angry unhappy customer service workers behind counter split their time between customers and hanging out with friends sitting at side tables. speaking Foreign language.Constant Loud banging on equipment.
