    I had bought an insurance policy to cover my 2021 KIA Seltos after the factory warranty had expired. Then the car started to have problems I took it into the dealership. Because the problems ended up being electrical the DriveSmart coverage I paid $3000.00 for didn't cover it. I ended up trading the car in for another only after having the policy for 4 months. I called DriveSmart to cancel the policy and get my refund. I was told I needed to put it in writing, so I did and I got an email stating: "Please consider this email as confirmation of receipt of your Cancellation Request for Policy # *********** on the 2021 Kia Seltos.

    Your email has been successfully received and is now being processed!!

    As mentioned during our past phone conversation, the typical processing time for cancellations is 3 to 5 business days but I have expedited the request. Please note that as an Authorized Reseller of the DriveSmart Warranty, Priority Auto Protection works directly with the Warranty Provider and Billing Company to process cancellations and ensure all necessary steps are taken to complete your Cancellation Request. At this point, no further action is required on your end!!

    As a gentle reminder, please carefully consider your Cancellation Request, as proceeding with it will result in the loss of coverage provided by your Policy once the Cancellation is finalized. If you decide to reconsider, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you with reversing the Cancellation and address any other concerns you may have.

    Once the Cancellation Request is completed, you will receive a confirmation email to finalize the process.

    Line 5 Issued u a payment of $4,383.61 for my ********** protection plan.Priority Auto Protection used the money it received from Line 5 to purchase'activate the contract with **********.
    I notified ********** the car was total lost in June of 2024. I kept paying on the warranty for 6 months waiting for my refund that they promised me. Line 5 never got any money back from your company or ********** and are charging me for the money that I never received or used because the car was declared a total loss.

    This company forced me into trying their services, but have not been honest with anything after I signed a contract on Nov. 30th. I have tried to cancel and the same man keeps calling and harassing me. He tells me I have to pay for the full cost of protection that I'm not going to ise because I didnt cancel the right way. On day 1 I was adviser that if I didn't make the first monthly payment it would automatically be canceled. Then it changed to the policy will automatically go into affect and if I didn't pay in the next 30 days it would be considered in default and canceled with over $5k being what I owe. After the 30 days they have still been trying to access my account and when I called back...still the same man can't seem to talk to anyone else...he says they can try for an additional 2weeks before its canceled and I still owe the total balance for a year. I have tried to cancel since Dec and nothing seems legit all seems falsified and scamming.
    ****Can't download documents they are on my phone not hard copies.
