      Condo Rental 1st Carpet was cleaned well enough to get this place rented. 2 weeks after moving in spots started appearing. I shampooed it myself and there was so much animal hair and dirt I had to shampoo it 3 times. Its still looks gross in spots but liveable. According to *** its not their issue I rented as is. Its not how it was when I rented it.2nd Im required to pay a $50 fee/month for HVAC filters and pest control. After I moved in and tried to change filter there was not one in the unit. Then the one they mailed me did not fit. Ive made numerous attempts to get this rectified since February and it still isnt fixed. I went and bought my own to at least have some kind of filter but it doesnt fit properly. This is after sending HVAC tech out and that was his *********** far as pest control, Ive sent numerous request via portal, email, and text (they never answer calls) since March just wanting the condo sprayed for seasonal insects since Im paying for the service. They refuse to come out.3rd my shower was stopped up last week. After trying to unclog it myself and pulling out so much c*** I had to request maintenance to unclog. Its drained slow since Ive lived here but I assume the pipe finally got full since Ive lived here since Feb. Clearly there was a pre existing issue. I get a notice today from *** saying I violated the lease since the plumber had to unclog the pipe and nothing was wrong with plumbing. Theyre charging me a $25 service fee.
