    Our Enduraflood order was placed on March 3, 2025. After installation of the materials in May 2025, there were new, unused materials that we did not need and wished to return to Enduraflood for a credit. Upon reviewing the return policy, it states the customer is responsible for the return as well as a 20% restocking fee which we found rather ridiculous. It is "non-negotiable" per the website. I attempted to speak to someone in Customer Service regarding the policy however, all Enduraflood does is correspond via email; you never speak to an actual person in Customer Service. After significant emails back and forth with no help from Customer Service, we spent near $200 with *** to return two boxes of perfectly new, unused, unmarked materials in the amount of $698.76. These two boxes were the original boxes with the returns in the same condition as we received them from Enduraflood. I then contacted Enduraflood in early June for an update on the return. After multiple emails we received a partial credit for $279.38. When we inquired as to why we did not receive the full amount of credit, we were shocked to be informed that our returned materials had extensive "damage" therefore they did not give us our entire credit and also charged the restock fee. I requested proof of these "damages" and was sent an email of "time stamped" photos dated June 18 which clearly did not prove these damaged materials were even ours as our return was processed June 4 and the photos should have had the June 4 date on each if in fact our return had damages. To date, I have requested actual photos dated June 4 of our actual returned materials. Enduraflood has ignored my repeated requests. We strongly feel Enduraflood used photos of damaged warehouse inventory that is not ours! There are a couple photos in the time stamped collage sent to us that clearly do in fact show our returned boxes INTACT! NO DAMAGE! The remaining photos are of damaged product yet in no way proves it is ours.
