    I highly advise everyone against using this location, I would give negative stars if possible. The Hispanic lady doing TSA precheck, ******** *****, is wildly unprofessional, aggressive, and lacks any customer service skills. Showed up over an hour late to the office, there were people waiting in the parking lot who had scheduled appointments - she had no respect for anyones time. She made outwardly aggressive and condescending comments the entire appointment and threatened me that shes a real *** employee and she added notes onto to my *** profile that Im disgruntled and a security threat. She refused to give me any information to contact someone in management and clapped in my face yelling ***** as soon as i asked for a point of contact. Ive followed up with *** after reading all the consistent negative reviews. Avoid this place and this trashy lady.
