    On July 18, 2025, I purchased 4 items from valeforever.com totaling $380. The company’s stated policy is 5–10 business days for verification and processing, plus 3–7 business days for shipping.

    As of August 6, 2025 (14 business days later), my order has not been shipped. The *** tracking only shows “Label Created” since July 31, meaning *** never received the package.

    I have contacted Vale Forever multiple times seeking updates, but their responses are repetitive and fail to address why my order hasn’t shipped or why it missed the promised August 1–2 delivery date.

    This has been an unreasonable delay, and the company has not fulfilled its obligations or provided a resolution. I’ve provided all the necessary screenshots of everything.

    This transaction took place March 28th 2025 the cost of the purchase was $150. The business committed to delivering this product in 5-10 business days after purchase. This dispute has been filed because they have yet to provide me with my item or any shipping after the 10 business days have passed. I have contacted them numerous times asking for an update on the item and given them the three days to respond as posted on their website. But have gotten zero response from the company. The business has not tried to resolve this problem because they have yet to respond to any of my email request to contact support and continue to ignore me in the process it seems. I would like an update to my package, my packaged shipped, or information why they can’t fulfill the order and a complete refund on the item. This has been an unacceptable process that I can’t even get in contact with the provide service email and to run a business this way is ludicrous and borderline criminal.
