    05/27/23 I went into ****** to find out what I could do to fix my email, all of a sudden IZ access popped io saying the could fix it for me and my information started flashing across the screen. They had me give them my credit card information and they said I would have lifetime protection. When they were done they had charged my card for ******* and the form they sent me it was for a 3year contract. And as I was hanging up they told me to never talk to any phone calls from IZ access Because they never call. They said I need to call a guy named **** and he would tell me if I had any suspicious activity. Also I am still not getting all my email.

    I paid $842.00 for three years of computer service which is not needed. The came into my computer, cleaning up, and updating. A few days I notice that the computer is running worse, but they called me instead. They stated that I did not needed the service because my computer already has these features. So, they stated that they were going to refund my money. They could not refund the money back to my credit card but through my bank account because their servers were not behaving correctly, So they would have to do it through my bank account. They assured me that they were no looking at my account. So, I logged in to my online bank account. They were going to put the money back into our account. I think they had control to our computer because the business add two additional number to the amount that was to be refunded. Made it $8420.00. then they asked me to check my checking account and nothing was changing, and they took $5000.00 out of our savings and added to our checking. Then we decided to call the bank to work this situation and they were adamant about us not calling the bank. We ended the conversation and called the bank. During the call I was transferred to multiple people. I would like to be refunded $842.00.
