  Called Herb Clark Tree service for a estimate they didnt show the day they promised but the following day in morning.I was getting ready to leave for a doctors appointment showed the guy all the work needed done he called his boss **** and gave me a price.I had a tree that fell in yard weeks ago just needed to be cut up and there was a tree branch leaning in my neighbors yard.Also cut branches in back yard they did get the tree by my neighbors but left all the branches from that tree and left half of the tree that fell in the yard previously.**** told me to burn it in fire pit sure it only weighs 200 pounds Ill throw it in.They basically cut the branches they wanted to not the ones included in estimate.The front yard wanted branches leaning on roof and by wires trimmed again not done right cut what they wanted left others.Rich answer was it would be more money but I discussed this with incompetent worker.I have money but it was promised in estimate!! Later that day I went in the back yard and there was a big branch by shed in my other neighbors yard . Called Rich he said they would be there in morning told my neighbor to leave there gate open.Got home from work branch still there called **** back got verbally assaulted hung up on.Called him back let him rant agreed to come take care of claiming that the branch didnt fall cause the work they did but was in my neighbors yard right after they left. At 3:30 his nasty workers showed up my dog was out figured they werent coming after verbal assault.His worker called my dog F flea bag mutt and threatened to kick my dog I had a family member over and she was appalled at this mans behavior by that time my neighbor must of locked gate. I offered a ladders to get over fence trying to help and get the problem resolved cause honestly didnt want to **** back but his worker was just as bad condescending nasty trashy abusive men !!!!!So now Im stuck with all the left trees and branches and a tree in neighbors yard. Beware

  We were asked to come give an estimate towards the end of the day and yes we didnt come because we finish the job we were working on late  Yes we did go the next morning and gave an estimate. Customer said she would like to have work done. When we went to job I personally went over the work to be done and started work. Customer pointed to an old pile of wood and branches and said would like it removed. I told customer that is was not on my list but I would take away free if she just paid for dumping fee.  They said no and said thats why we were cheaper because that was not included. We did the rest of the work and then asked customer to look at work and see if we missed anything and said no everything was done and then asked if I saw anything that should be done and I said some of the branches were close to roof and it would be better for roof and we trimmed at no additional cost.The customer paid and seemed happy. That night I got a call back saying that we cut a branch and left in neighbors yard. I asked which neighbors yard and first she said right side and then left. I told her we didnt trim any trees on that side so we couldnt have left any limbs there but I would come in morning to look. Customer said it had to be that day because the neighbor left gate open and didnt want to leave open more than one day. When I looked at branch and saw it was in neighbors yard but it wasnt cut it was hanging from tree and still attached and would need saw to cut.I left and customer Called back around lunch time. I tried to explain to her that we didnt work in that area and that the branch wasnt cut off and laying on ground like she said but I would be happy to come back and remove for free but I took me 5 or 6 tries to tell he she kept interrupting me and couldnt finish what I was saying.she kept going on and on about how she was divorced and fighting with family over stuff about the house. I couldnt even tell her we would do for free even though we didnt cut it and didnt work in that area ( non used area behind shed where garbage and tree branches thrown and left there ) so yes I hung up on her. She called back and had to ask her twice to just listen and not talk about her divorce and ?   I sent 2 men in afternoon to cut and remove branch but gate was locked. The response was use a ladder and jump over 6 plastic fence to do branch. Yes my men resisted. All along tthe time I guess the dog was out and / or barking ( I wasnt there ). But I found out later that the dog had bitten my guy so yes I would say he didnt have pleasant things to say about the dog
