    Nov 12, 2024 was my first correspondence with ******* ******** of New Dominion Funding (Previously Old Dominion Mtg, they stole deposits and fees also. There are judgments against them)After a lengthy conversation, he assured me he was friends with the President of Unity Bank and they would get my loan closed before Christmas.I paid him $5000 for getting me the loan.He also asked that I pay $1500 for the appraisal of my ***** I paid him that also in Nov.******** did not order my appraisal or give the bank my $1500 payment until I threatened him with legal action weeks later.I paid Unity Bank $9300 in Bank fees to get the ******* lawyer has worked over 100 hours on this.The title company has worked many hours on this Finally, we got a closing date of 3/26/25.We got the clearance from the bank that we were good to close on 3/26/25.3/25/25 my wife and I flew from our home in **** to ** so we could close the next morning.Less than 13 hours before closing, I received an email (while in my NY hotel room) that Unity Bank president changed his mind and they would not close the loan.None of my emails or phone calls to Unity Bank or ******** have been returned since then.
