    I purchase a 2012 ****** Outback from this dealer. He listed it on ********** that it's in excellent condition and runs great. The next day check engine light and others came in. Vehicle indicates over heating. Had it checked out and the thermostat had holes drilled in it. Took to dealer and diagnostic with blown head gasket. Contact **** at first he said to have it towed back there, now he refuses the vehicle and to refund me because he it was sold as Is. Also **** wanted cash for the vehicle and wrote it up as $2500 and told after signing he did so I won't have to pay so much for title transfer. I live almost 100 miles away. I only went that far because his dishonest claims. This dealer is very unethical and has taken the advantage of me.
