            I had a horrible experience with this company. Paid them $150 for a site visit which they did and never heard from them again. Left tons of voicemails and some emails with NO response. Seemed like a quick money grab to me. Do not use this company.

            We politely disagree with *****’s statement - from the cost of the site visit (actual $125) and no response, either email or phone calls (actually there have been multiple emails & phone calls back & forth). There has been a lot of time spent and thought put into emails sent to ***** explaining things, but it seems like no response from us will suffice. Unfortunately, we feel that we are unable to work with ***** or revisit the installation of the Class A chimney because of *****’s indecisions and vacillations back and forth. We understand we cannot make everyone happy, but we do try our best on a daily basis.
