    On 10/4/17, Dupont Construction (formerly know as Roof Rescue by Julian D*****) installed a new roof on my house for $11,600.
    A few weeks after the roof was installed, there were leaks around the fireplace chimney and the furnace chimney on the main house roof. There were also leaks around both skylights on the three season porch roof. These leaks were fixed.
    On 2/18/22, there were leaks around both skylights again.
    On 2/23/22 Kevin D***** and a helper attempted to fix the leaks around the skylights by applying a thin bead of caulk around a portion of the skylights. This attempt did not fix the leaks.
    On 4/22/22, Dupont Construction attempted to fix the skylight leaks again, however the problem was not resolved. I informed Kevin Dupont and the company receptionist that my roof still leaked.
    On Friday 12/16/22, the main house roof started leaking around the range exhaust fan vent duct which caused damage to the kitchen ceiling. I tried reaching Kevin Dupont and left him a voicemail message. I spoke to the receptionist, and she said should would let Kevin know. I have contacted Kevin multiple times to report roof leaks and have not heard back from Kevin since 2/23/22. My porch roof and house roof still leaks. I have lived in my house for over thirty years and have had my roof replaced twice, the first time was approximately 26 years ago. I never had any issues or leaks in my roof before it was replaced by Dupont Construction.

    I am seeking to have my roof and kitchen ceiling repaired.
