    First oil change, I didn't make it a mile and the car was governing my speed, then making horrible noises. Oil spewing from the bottom of the car. I call and they tell me to drive it back, which seemed like an awful idea as I was now at least 3 miles away, but in retrospect I probably should have because the engine would have blown for sure and I'd probably have a new one by now. I opted to wait for a tow, was given some BS story about an "updated part" and "known issue" that caused the housing of my oil filter to break...couldn't be NEGLIGENCE, because nothing is their fault. I didn't even get an apology. When I asked if there could be permanent damage to the car, I was told OF COURSE NOT, we filled it back up with oil you are GOOD! Never mind those crazy grinding noises, never mind the fact that these metal parts are delicate and easily damaged without lubrication, SILLY GIRL you are FINE! Well I gave it several thousand miles of additional benefit of the doubt and my HYBRID gas mileage dropped from a healthy 34 mpg mixed use to barely breaking 27. I noticed this literally the day after I got it back, temperatures hadn't changed, winter came quite late this year so it's not the cold. I brought it back asking for a tech to examine it thoroughly, and the same smarmy service manager treated me like a silly girl who doesn't know about cars. It's winter, gas mileage is worse! Oh I bet you're using the remote start all the time (no), oh if you're driving it cold THAT'S A CAUSE TOO! Oh and that MPG indicator is wrong all the time, that's a known issue! Had a BS answer for everything, and when I persisted he finally told me if the car is defective that's a Hyundai problem, not theirs. They killed my 2018 Santa Fe as well a year ago, replaced the engine under warranty and then the wiring harness went mysteriously bad - 7 grand. forced to buy a new car and now they're killing that one too.

    Hi Again, the reason why im sending this email is because i received a call from Gary P*****, Gary called me asking me if he can do something for me and after that he started to talk about the video telling me that he saw the video, that Arthur ** handled the situation better than him that he would do diferent and the told me that everything that AJ did was right and Gary started telling me to remove the reviews that left and the video demanding to take it down, telling me that there are laws in NH and that i violated it wich is not true, is clear that Gary did not saw the entire video he tried to manipulate and intimidate me with this, and tried to make me believe that hyundai at first was going to cover the transmission but becuse of my behavior is not longer to do it he also asked me to pick up my car demanding to remove it from his lot in a humilliate way wich i did, and honestly i don't know how these people get this job with this poor customer service, Gary told me that he is a manager but in the hyundai's website he is a service director and the worst is there was no a single apology for 1 keeping my car for over month 2 not communicating anything i have to be calling 3 giving me my car with 2 mayor issues the transmission that wasn't like that And the ECU model the computer of the car doesn't respond. 4 Lied saying that i twoed my car there because it was stop when i actually drove the car there and accusing me of aggressive and unruly, just lying This How disgusting my experience was with this place people feed up with ego and very disrespectful but anyways unfortunately IM NOT REMOVING ANYTHING....

    I took my car there for service nad aked to the advisor mr Dan to check my car and let me know what was the issue, so after they check the car he never told me what was the issue he just told me that the car need a GDI service and a transmission fluid to be change and i asked him 3 times will this fix the issue of the car he told me yes, when i pick up the car mr Dan told me that everything was good and when i start my car i quickly realize that it had the same issue and i wasn't fix and i went back in and asked him and he told me that the transmission was reset and that i had to drive about a week so i did that and the car still had the same issue i knew i was not gonna fix it and i went to a technician that i know for many many years and he lift up my car and show me that my car was leaking transmission fluid and on top of that he showed me that the transmission plug has no signs of being remove it was clear that no one drained the transmission fluid so i called mr Dan and told him what was going on and he told me to bring my car in and i told him that i was not happy and after that he told me they had nothing to do with the issue that the car was leaking engine oil when actually was transmission fluid that i saw with my eyes obviously it was not a great experience i just want to be careful and i hope that my review helps other to not fall on this situation because i paid for a service and i was not done and from this point i lost my trust on this business i don't think that hyundai wants this kind of stuff i don't think they want to look this way.
