On September 1, 2024, I purchased a laptop through the Amazon platform. The item was listed by seller ************** dba Galaxy Express Deal with the following specifications: HP 2024 Newest Pavilion 15.6 HD Touchscreen Laptop for Business, 6-********** i3-1215U up to 4.4GHz, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, UHD Graphics, Fast Charge, 10+ Hrs Battery, Windows 11 Pro + Hubxcel ************ July 2025, the laptop began to experience screen malfunctions. I contacted ****** and the seller to request a replacement, as the product was still under warranty. The seller instructed me to contact ** directly. Upon doing so, ** informed me that, based on the devices serial number, the laptop had been modified and altered without HPs authorization. As a result, ** declared the warranty void.According to **, the actual specifications for this model are: Memory: 8 GB DDR4-3200 MT/s (1 x 8 GB); Storage: 128 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. (Reference: ** Product Specifications). This demonstrates that the seller materially misrepresented and altered the product specifications in order to mislead buyers and increase its sale price.Following this discovery, I contacted ****** on four separate occasions and escalated the matter to representatives and managers. Despite providing clear evidence of fraudulent misrepresentation, ****** repeatedly advised me to wait while they contacted the seller. I also contacted the seller using the internal message system of the Amazon platform. Despite several messages to the seller, no responses were provided and no refund or replacement was provided. This conduct is unacceptable but more importantly this seller engages in deceptive and unlawful selling practices.

On 07/17/2025, I purchased a computer from ************** dba Galaxy Express Deal for $555.33 via ******. Said computer was delivered to me on 07/22/2025. Subsequently, when I tried to install the computer, the computer would not power up at all. It was a LEMON, DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I then informed the seller that I wished to return the item for full refund. Seller approved the return. I spent $30.52 to return the defective item via **** Insured Parcel [Tracking #: 9435 2301 0935 5000 4810 59] which was received by seller on 08/04/2025. ****** informed me that said return shipping charge of $30.52 is refundable by the seller. The seller has not refunded me $585.85 that it owes me.
