    Fresh View Property Maintenance LLC was contracted to replace my deck as a result from sewer construction in a mobile home park. Deck was installed properly. When asked if replacement was to be a floating deck or attached the owner, ****** ******, said he hadn't decided. I asked if he was going to attach my cable wires and he said it was not his job after the sewer people told me the deck people would take care of it. Wires on lying on the ground. I have had trouble with my internet dropping and had Xfinity come out. Tech told me he could not check wires for critter damage due to the way the deck was installed. The old deck was enclosed with pressure treated plywood and lattice. The new is totally open allowing for critters to take up residence. The stairs are flush up against the pink insulation board and skirting cannot be replaced. Deck wood was piece meal in places. Stairs are uneven. I was told by park third party management deck did not meet code. When confronting Mr. ******, the reply was.....well this was a government job. I WILL NOT recommend this company for any projects. I was told by sewer people that everything would be as it was before the construction if not better. Well......I would take my old deck back in a heart beat ....new deck doesn't come close to this junk.
