      I have contacted pest end since yesterday with no communication on removal of a wasp nest the size of a basketball at my front door. I pay for premium service. This nest should not be this big with service just rendered in a week ago. I called numerous times. Was told I had to pay a sub contractor for removal thru them. I have been hung up on...I have called all day and have gotten no where. ************ have been stung..I cannot use the front door. I want out of this contract with no penalty fees as I am not getting the service I paid for.

      We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced while trying to get in touch with our company. While our records show that we did respond to your inquiries, we acknowledge that our communication could have been clearer and more efficient.


      When you contacted us it took us some time to try and find a quick appointment for you. We scheduled an appointment for the same day of your call; however, the available time was 48 hours later, which understandably did not meet your expectations. We attempted to adjust our schedule to better accommodate your needs and involved a manager to ensure the issue was handled appropriately. This morning, we reached out to confirm that we would be able to address your concern the same day, and we successfully resolved the issue within approximately 24 hours.


      Although your service has been completed, we recognize that the process was not as straightforward as it should have been. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve how we serve our customers, and we are glad that your problem has now been resolved.

      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: i an paying for a premium program which is preventative. The preventative date they were here was on the 14th of August at which the problem should have been addressed at that point.  It was not addressed.  

         I am told i have to pay 99 dollars for removal when they never did their job of preventing...nor should i have to pay for what i already pay for in a contract and lack of professionalism i am receiving. 

         My desired settlement is to close said contract without further payment or penalty fees. I will end my service with pest end effective immediately... without any recourse  and not owe 99 dollars or early cancelation fees.

      Pest-End is sorry to hear that Mr. ********* is not satisfied with our response. However, after carefully reviewing the situation, we believe that we have fulfilled the terms of our agreement and responded appropriately to his concerns.


      Mr. ********* contacted our office regarding an active nest. We responded the same day and had a technician scheduled to his property within 48 hours of his initial call. During a phone conversation on August 26, 2025, at approximately 1:15 PM, our team member, ******, informed Mr. ********* that due to the nest being located over 20 feet high, there would be an additional $99 charge. This policy exists strictly for safety reasons, as it requires sending two technicians to the property.
      Our records show that Mr. ********* was made aware of this charge, and his signed service agreement clearly states that stinging pest nests up to 20 feet are included under coverage. The agreement also outlines that if services are cancelled within the first 12 months, the remaining balance would be due. Based on this, Pest-End does not see a reason to provide reimbursement in this case.


      That said, in an effort to move forward amicably, Pest-End is willing to terminate services and close Mr. ********** account with no further charges. While we believe that our response time and service resolution were more than reasonable, we also recognize that not every service relationship is the right fit.


      Pest-End remains committed to delivering timely and professional service, and we regret that this experience did not meet Mr. ********** expectations.
