"Re: disabled patient complaint Dr *************************** mishandled refill again called last month or longer asked meds to renewed refilled everything but 800 MG IB I CALLED ********* -***** check meds they called last month IB renew and this month Was trouble NOT patient any more Login portal to see if I can renew myself they have troubles this what had to do select IB and GAB selected was unable to select my pharmacy ********** portal dumped me. Tried it twice- logged back in posted what was notes asked refill message request meds made sure call them have time refill ********* was told staff not patient asked help from any one help call main number hospital asked for complaint debt and You director they said they did no who are or number even gave them name jumped through hoops not disability friendly they sent me two different complaints people no one there out of office He needs to be held responsible all." ...
