The sprinkler system situation was not written in any of my disclosure documents before and when I bought my house which is not professional, not right and illegal. My realtor was not aware either and wasn't told. I was explained something at the walk through which was vague but I wasn’t told that the guy for the sprinkler system had to get into my basement each time to turn on and off the shutoff valve after and before winter to control the sprinkler system for the four houses on my street including mine. What if I was a snowbird like one of my neighbors, how would they access my home to do that? Also the sprinkler system box is attached to my home and the power for it is plugged into my electrical outlet on the side of the outside of my house and I am the one paying for it which I wasn’t told either. Also my home like the other three houses on my street are new built houses but David Schommer the Warranty Manager/Quality Control keeps mentioning to me and my neighbors that what we mentioned about things that needs to be replaced or fixed are not under warranty and it is a brand new house and some things were not properly installed or not working from the beginning when we bought our new houses which are not resales homes.We had to wait 60 days to give our list of what needed to be fixed, I had to wait as well then on 9 and 10 June the warranty guy finally coming to my home to hopefully fix what was supposed to be fixed and installed properly from the beginning. Four months to wait for some action to take place is too long to wait and it cannot be blamed on the COVID all the time. My neighbors and I are still waiting for things to be fixed and one of my neighbors is the longest since December. For the desired resolution, I want the sprinkler system to be moved as soon as possible, I didn't agree to it and wasn't in any disclosure documents, I want them to pay for my electricity bill for the usage. I want them to fix things for us as soon as possible no more excuses
