  They came at the scheduled time, protected my floors and when they left everything was clean. They checked with me to make sure I was happy with the progress and addressed any concerns I had. Very polite crew. Have had other work done by them and have been satisfied every time.

  Clear Choice installed a metal roof on my house in one day. It is pricey but the roof had to be replaced. Every employee that has communicated with me and the crew were polite, professional and accommodating. The installation crew is very hard working, polite and very professional.They did a great clean up job too.

  For a relatively expensive product, the customer service was sorely lacking. The follow up and communication was basically none. After the contract was signed and they had my deposit, we had to contact them because they hadn't called to schedule the final measurements. Apparently, the sales guy hadn't followed through on his end, so nothing was moving. This while they had a $3500 down payment. The day before the installation was scheduled, we had to contact them to confirm they were coming - no emails or calls at any time in the 6-week manufacturing window to let us know the progress. Someone "high up" at the office answered when we called the night before the scheduled installation - he was disheartened to hear about the service we had been receiving, acknowledged that it wasn't the way they did business and said that he would follow up with us once the installation was completed to make sure we were happy with the product. Going on 2 weeks and haven't heard anything from any one at the company. The only positive thing about the experience were the guys who installed the shower - they were professional and polite. Unfortunately, they are working for the wrong company.

  I was pricing vinyl gutters and the sales person told me he had seamless gutters installed by Clear Choice. Definitely a lot more money but are maintenace free for me, with covers leaves can't get in but if somehow they do I call them they come take care of it. 100% recommend them!

  Beginning with the sales represent Maddy, the client services representative Rene and the boss installer Edgar, my experience with Clear Choice has been nothing short of exceptional. Starting with Maddy who was very knowledgeable and helpful with my choosing of design and materials. She also kept in touch throughout the financing stage. Rene followed-up with the scheduling for a second measurement and installation schedule. She has guided me through every step and always available to answer my questions. Edgar and his worker showed up on time as scheduled. They were very polite and professional My new shower surround was installed in one day. Edgar explaining any obstacles, like the position of one of the pipes inside the shower wall and offered alternatives. He asked me throughout the process about the positioning of the shower head, exchange valve for the hand held and placement of the shower niches. They cleaned up everything including vacuuming my outside hallway and hauled my old shower stall away. I would recommend Clear Choice Home Improvements for any and all of your improvement needs.

  Choosing Clear Chioce…. I found them rated high for the MRA, metal roofing alliance along with another local business for installation for metal roofing. After a second meeting with Greg, and the process to choose CC, an offer was made. Working with Ty for my onsite contact and Alexis just a phone call away, any onsite questions were taken care of in minutes. Any hurdle was jumped over with ease. People in the neighborhood stop to ask questions about my choosing a metal roof… a no brainer for me. I was a bit skeptical about hiring a company for this job as we have always done the work ourselves. This company kept their words about the project. i will also have this company install new gutters on the rear of the house with covers. The winter of 2023 will be a new first. No more shoveling the roof, no more ice dams.
  The installers for my metal roof, the best SJP Construction INC. The contracted crew of people I had working on my project were well in tuned. They were hard workers, putting in long hours with ease, no tempers. They worked extremely well together. They were on site at 7:30am to prep and started the project at 8am. I had a larger than normal project, they met it head on. Watching them work was like watching Cirque du Soleil. My project was listed for 4 days, they had it wrapped up in 2, WOW!
