    Brothers has had my vehicle going on now 15-16 days. Was informed on Friday 10/14 that all the parts to repair my vehicle were received and that the vehicle would be completed by 10/25. Now, granted yes I have a rental car, however they did not even begin to repair my vehicle until the 21st. I know this as alerts were being sent to my phone starting approx.. 30 minutes after I called to ask if they were on schedule for the 25th. And I assured they were. Now on the 25th, I called for a status and was told that they were painting the car today and it would be ready for the 26th, I thought no biggie as I would still have the car back for my planned trip based on their statements of it being completed on the 25th. Approx. 2 hours later after being told the car was being painted, they called me an stated that the replacement door was received in damaged. Now keep in mind they stated on the 14th that all the parts were received. Wouldn't you think they would check them upon delivery to assure the product received was in good condition prior to using them. Well, they proceeded to tell me that the replacement door was damaged. But then why would they previously stated that the car was being painted when I called earlier that very day? Not only did I not need to be in a rental car from the 10th to the 20th, as my damaged car was still drivable. Now they tell me that my car will not be available for several more days. Now, I dont know about you, but when someone states that they will have a job completed on a specific day, that you should expect they know what they are talking about and be able to make plans to go on a trip with your own car that will accommodate the number of people and luggage when the rental does not provide this. Because my insurance company recommended Brothers, I suggest you go elsewhere, to be quite honest, I do not believe the door was damaged and they screwed up with their scheduling and now my schedules as well... DONT USE THEM
