    I've used High Line Mechanical a few times now to service the ** units in my condo. Due to the age and uniqueness of the units, they were unable to be fixed, and needed replacement. High Line was great and upfront about the problem and what needed to be done. They handled all the work with the company that supplies the replacement units, and were always very quick with communication and responses on lead-times and availability.When the second unit went, they recognized us as repeat customers and provided the same great service we experienced the first time round. During replacing the second unit, we also experienced some troubles with the initial unit. They checked out that unit same day at no additional charge, and when it ended up needing replacement part, they handled the claim with the supplier and swapped out the part within the week.I've been very happy with their service, professionalism, and friendly communication. They are my go-to for any and all **/Heating needs, and the gold standard for service that I reference all other businesses to.
