      Unable to work with. Purchased a NCR Counterpoint system. The employee they had me setting up the system with was unavailable at the time of going "LIVE" 3 days after going live finally responded. Also Counterpoint is a clunky old outdated Point of Sale Program far behind in usability compared to off the shelf programs. They say its customizable but fail to mention that you'll need them to customize everything for you. Even creating simple documents for invoices requires them. The things i asked for they are unable to customize. I told them in the beginning that Quickbooks integration was the thing on the top of my List for this system. Months into training and setting up. I was told by an Employee that its easier to manually enter accounts payable invoices into quickbooks. There was no such DATA transfer possible. Thumbs down on this Company and the Software they sell
