            This has been an ongoing issue for many years now with requests and complaints to address the issues. This a company owning an apartment complex that is not being kept up to date with routine excuses as to why they are unable to make it out to make repairs/update units. To date, the trash compactor has not worked for 5 years, the bathroom ventilation system was broken and replaced and is still not working, with black mold growing in the bathroom, the dishwasher we were told is outdated and "could" be unsafe, there is now black mold growing in all living areas of the apartment. We have requested repeatedly for what we are oaying for to be fixed and corrected. We get told that it has been noted and they will get to us when able and that other tenants are having issues. We've dpoken to some of the other tenants and they claim that their issues have not been addressed either.

            They are unprofessional. Very quick on demand for rent and eviction all in one envelope dropped off at your door so everyone can see which is embarrassing. They are hard to work with. 201 loudon rd concord nh location is very rude. Paying 1400 a month with just water included electric is always through the roof and is hard for a family to keep up with. They are very disrespectful when trying to work out a payment plan. They call you and raise their voices at you and they always threatened you. I personally have 5 years of stuff that needs to be fixed and it hasn't gotten done. I call and call about the issues and nothing is fixed.
