"YOU WILL BE FLOORED" as stated on their website when you read the following: 1. They have NOT been in the flooring industry for 50 years. The cleaning company's name added flooring on 09.25.17. That's 5 years not 50! Cleaning is not the same as installing flooring. Their supposed team is outside Subcontractors. 2. An incomplete field survey was done by the Owner Mike and a contractor's level, which he didn't use, would have indicated gaps in the floor that exceeded the Manufacturer's Installation requirements for a luxury vinyl floating floor. No prepping of the floor was required as stated by Mike that day and not included in their estimate. 3, Mike and Stacey took an immediate aggressive attitude when I questioned the potential problems the Installer indicated due to the floor not being properly prepped and my complaint the day after the installation of clicking noises. Stacey refused my requested field inspection to discuss the numerous problems until I paid them in full. 4. Mike and Stacey called 3 times from their cell phones (not their business phone) and then only 2 days after final payment was due Stacey sent a threatening email that she was going to place a Mechanics Lien on my home. Stacey filed a Small Claims lawsuit against me just 11 days after final payment was due and only 3 weeks after the installation was complete. 5. FINAL invoice sent with an incorrect date by a month made it appear I was very late; and an invoice (sent 5 weeks after the installation was complete and after final payment was received) for $250 they thought they could scam out of me for additional floor prep! 6. Repeated lies from Stacey she would dismiss the lawsuit when paid in full forced me to counterclaim for a full refund. 7. After waiting almost 2 years for the pretrial teleconference call, I won my lawsuit because Stacey had noted the incorrect time. As a reminder for them, for 18 months they have to pay me $200. DON'T WALK, BUT RUN FROM CF&C, INC!
