    On July 16th 2025 we ordered a dumpster through this companys website. Under the book now option the dumpster sizes do not mention a weight limit. We booked for $875, we thought a great price. They dropped the dumpster off, we fill it, call them for pick up and schedule another dumpster drop off for July 24th which at this point he runs our card again for $875. Not until we call them for pick up do they send us a contract stating overage weight charges are $260/ ton, we didnt sign it, nor did it mention the weight limit. **** ********** then charges our card, unauthorized for almost $700, tells us we signed a contract (we didnt). Then when we tell him to cancel the other dumpster we scheduled, he says he already dropped it off (two days earlier and right before charging our card extra). We tell him to come get it off our property and refund us the $875. He says h*** get it July 23rd. We come home on July 22nd and he already took it, but on the way out, purposely damaged our driveway and still has not refunded our money. He ignores any calls from our phone numbers. We contacted the police and will be filing with small claims
