In April 2025 I signed up for a 6 week session of Cryo-Sculpting. The 1st three visits we fulfilled but starting in mid April through now July, they have cancelled every appointment since. When I purchased the package, they told me that they should be completed within a month or two for the best result. After several cancellations and no call backs... ever... from the phone number provided to call and reschedule in the text, I now have little to no faith they will ever reschedule. I hate to think this was a big scam. Loren, who I bought the service through and completed the 1st 3 services was really super. At this time my last cancelled appt was on 7.21.25. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, just not sure what that will do, but worth a shot.

I paid for a package of treatments and now the business is closed due to some sort of company dispute. I have tried to contact them and they have not returned my emails. I am still owed approximately $2,000 in services.

I purchased an introductory ($99) cryofreezing session and a 12 session package at Contour Spa on January 6, 2025 for a total of $2,720. Upon arriving at my scheduled session today 5/23/25, I was told by a neighboring vendor that it had closed and was provided a picture of a sign that was previously posted. I was not notified it had closed or been given any contact information about who to contact for a refund of my remaining sessions. I had 2 sessions left of the 12 session package, and had planned to request a free session, as today would have marked the 4th time I wasted time going to a session in which no staff were on-site or had made me wait 30+ minutes before arriving. I have attached the picture of the notice. I am not certain of what has happened at the local vs corporate level, but would like someone to contact me so I can receive my refund. Thank you.
