    I booked Complete in March 2020 and picked out my first choice for videographer weeks after. I was informed that my choice was available and that they got him written down. Complete 'double booked' my choice for videographer, but somehow failed to tell me until a month before my wedding. A good business practice would be to tell the customer as soon as they find this information out so their customer can make a different selection of their choice. The business then made their own decision to choose the videographer replacement for me without my approval. They provided the videographer's portfolio 2 days before my event- trying to prevent me from basically having enough time to find a different videographer. I had to complain to get someone else of my approval. I should not have had to do this in the first place. Second, I had requested a second photographer at the time of booking with the premium package- and same thing- found out a month before that they didn't have that written down. Then the photographer and videographer manager (Alexis) made it seem like she was doing us a "favor" by getting a free second shooter for only an hour and a half. The second shooter ended up staying longer and I am truly grateful for him! He was great to have for the day. But this is all management issues- not the employed. Trevor the main photographer was amazing throughout this whole process and I am so glad he was a part of our day. If it wasn't for him- I would have dropped this whole company. Third, I had specifically reached out to the photographer and videographer manager to have the photographer, DJ, and videographer reach out at the very beginning of August so we can arrange meeting times. I informed them many months prior and even reminded them in August that my previous school email was disabled and to make sure they had my updated one. Come 3 days before the wedding- I was informed that they attempted to email me, but I never received anything. This was since they tried my old email. Alexis claimed this was updated on her end and wasn't sure why they had the old one. So, 3 days before my wedding- I had to squeeze in last minute meetings and phone calls which was very stressful. Fourth, come a couple days ago I received my photo portfolio, and my $800 credit was not received. I emailed them immediately and did not receive a response. I emailed them again today and they tried to give me at $600 credit instead- which is not enough to cover the $800 10x10 photo album. I had to email them again to get them to correct this. Which I shouldn't have had to in the beginning. Lastly, there was never, not once, an apology. There were only excuses or blaming her hired employees. I received phrases such as "I completely understand your frustration". Not once was there a sincere apology for her screw ups nor was there an apology for stressing me out. Alexis did not own her role as a manager and played the blame game on her poor employees who most likely never received proper communication from her. A good business practice would have had the correct information stored in the first place and none of the things that happened should have occurred.
