      I placed an order in April of 2025 that had QR codes on a poster and hand flyers. It cost me well over $100. Before the final printing was done, I asked the representative to be sure that the QR code worked. They assured me that it did. They told me not only did it work scanning the copies themselves, but also when it was scanned on the computer screen. When I picked them up, I placed an order for two more posters for a total of about nine dollars and some change. When I got home and scanned the posters and hand flyers, the QR code did not work. So I changed the QR codedesign and called in to order 10 more posters. When I called in, I told them that I did not want the two that I had ordered when I picked up my order because of the QR code is not working and asked them to just print the new ones with the redesigned QR code and I would pay for them, but I would not pay for the two additional with the nonworking QR codes. I did not request a refund for the large order nor did I ask for any money back at all. All I asked is that the two additional ones that I ordered be tossed and I would just pay for the 10 new ones I was ordering. They refused And said that I had to pay for those anyway because they had already printed them. I have done business with this company for years. Needless to say, I was upset about it and refused to pay for them and I did not order the 10 new ones. After four months, they have just called me to request payment for the 2 posters, I left behind. After explaining the situation to the new representative, they still insisted upon payment. The misinformation given about the initial order and the mistake made cost me more than $10 yet. They were not willing to work with me to keep my business. There are so many print shops to work with. If a company wouldn’t let $10 stand between a lifetime of business over their own mistake. They are not worth working with. I do not recommend them.
