      This company committed to replacing our siding due to a manufacturing defect and when it came time to have them replace our siding the owner ***** ****** who you see in their commercials went back on his company’s word. NOT a product you want on your house if you go with a darker color. We don’t even want their products on our house anymore because it took 3 years for the approval to replace our defective product we paid over $15,000 for. Beware.

      Mr. ******  We are very sad to hear of your issues with the houses. We did visit 2 homes and have shared our discovery was install error. We also offered to supply materials limited to the areas not installed correctly.
      We have been in the siding business for a verry long time and enjoyed working with your company as well. that said we have offered many opportunities to have training in our office or at job sites. In review it appears you have declined all these opportunities to learn.
      To wrap up we do believe your intent is do install properly, it is more an issue if declining training.

      After additional review of this file it appears you had stated to several employees that on your house you felt the cause of issues not only on our product but also other products on your house I.E, .. shake, door, Ect.. , plants, and other homes in you area was excessive heat and sunlight. I understand you even said something to the effect that you purchased plants designed to withstand direct sunlight and excessive heat and they Died.
