    Hired to take down a tree, have him 1500.00 to include also trimming some other trees.the tree to be removed was the last thing he did and after he took off all the branches he convince me that it was dead and the thing to do was leave it standing for bird habitat. I told him I don’t want the tree to grow back and he assured me it would not.. he also stated it was getting late and the dump would be closing. The tree is not by any means dead! It’s a bad tree and the sole reason for removal. I would have never allowed or agreed to leaving it if he hadn’t assured me it would not regrow. I called him to come remove it bc it wasn’t dead as he had told me and he wants to now charge me again. He didn’t finish the job as I had payed him originally. I feel now that he was just trying to get out of removing it bc the dump was closing. He now ignores my calls, tryed to say he told me MAYBE it wouldn’t come back. That’s a lie and I never would ever pay someone to take that tree down and then leave it to grow back?the reason I hired him is bc it’s a junk tree and I didn’t want to pay a huge amount to take it out and he said he could do it for 800 and that was the best bid. I never agreed to topping the tree as he now says . It’s a very bad tree that I get shoots all over the yard. He is trying to change what I told him and what he was hired for so that he can make more money off me. Not answering my calls is proof enough he’s shady and took me for tree removal that wasn’t done. He left broken branches in the other trees and does not know how to properly trim up tree as he missed broken and dead limbs in all the trees he trimmed up but one. He refuses to make good without more money. He was wrong about the trees will not grow back and now I still am left with the original tree that was the original reason I hired him. I want the tree taken out bc he lied about it being dead and wouldn’t come back.or refund my money. I shouldn’t be paying him a second time any more money.
