    a lot of money was spent on their services. I was lied to and about. I was promised by ******* ******* that this would be fixed and was apologized to about all the mess a very bad female staff gave me and her deceptive behavior caused me to lose money and be stranded without a way home etc. I know for a fact someone has the wrong mix up of things and my info was lost and not communicated right. the bad staff former manager lied to me about telling sharda rucker she told me something and i told rucker the truth no she never said anything like that and plus her awful story was not straight at all and filled with again, lies! I am deserving and have earned credit and reward

    I need to add to my complaints against this awfully run feonix ran down by the founder who helped put me in danger and dangerous situations.  I was stranded multiple times when I was transported to my destination.  I was called multiple times by different staff asking dumb questions as what have I seen that they could improve on and I would tell them the same thing repeatedly.  They need a 24 hours call center cause Uber doesn't take calls at all.  It's not my fault for their mess up which is why they don't respond they just quit like cowards.  I was lied to about getting bus passes.  There's a bad very horrible former supervisor who got mad at me for no reason cause I stood up for myself and defended myself against her lues about not needing a bus pass.  They kept saying all calls are recorded but they NEVER used it!!!  If so it would prove I need the passes cause my car was stolen and was homeless and suffering.  And here feonix comes into my life and makes matters worse.  I've done nothing wrong and was told by one lady who apologize to me only to see her boss the founder act like a coward and cause more trouble!!!
