    We hired College HUNKS to move our belongings on May 25th. During the process our stove and refrigerator were damage. The captain of the moving team took pictures and told me to notify their manager. Due to the holiday (Memorial Day), I waited until the next business day. ******* sent me a form to complete to document the damage I returned the form with pictures to her on May 31st. I checked on the status on June 3rd, she responded on June 4th saying she was working on it and she would be in touch by the end of the day. I did not hear anything a d followed up on June 7th. After not receiving a response I left several voicemails and received no response. I contacted their corporate number and they referred me back to her. I finally found out through the national number that she file the claim on June 11th and I had to wait 3-5 business days to get a response. I have not received a response and they keep referring me to the local office (*******) to respond to me. I have additional details on dates of calls, emails, etc, if needed. I also paid an additional amount for "extra" insurance.

    We apologize for any lack of communication on our part, and we are currently working with the appliance parts distributer to see if we can get replacement parts for this refrigerator. Our last communication with ********** ********* was that they were waiting on word from the manufacturer to see if parts were still available for this product. ******* will be in contact today, July 15th, with an update regarding this damage claim. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and will work diligently to get a resolution as soon as possible.
