            My husband and I took our truck in for repairs at a local mechanic shop we were told by the owner that the repairs would take 2 days, every time I called to find out if our truck was done I was given a new excuse as what was causing the delay. After 3 weeks of excuses we finally picked up the truck, they said it was done. We noticed right away many items were missing (I have a detailed list) and there was evidence someone had been driving our truck without our consent, the ignition switch had been replaced, which was not an issue and not in the first estimate we agreed to. The work that we expected to be done and was already paid for, was not done, in fact it was worse than before. We paid $3300 to be lied to and ripped off. There is damage to the exterior passenger side that wasn't there before we took it to shop, we had to turn it into our insurance. I believe we deserve a full refund at the very least, so I can get the necessary repairs done elsewhere.
