    On November 20th, 2024, I entered into a written contract with ***** ******, owner of TurboTemp Mechanical, for the installation and repair of HVAC ductwork in my home located at **** ******* ** **, Alliance, NE 69301. Per our agreement, I paid $5,000 upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work.
    Since that date, no work has been delivered, and I have received no communication from *** ****** after my final outreach on January 7th, 205. I have made multiple attempts to contact him via text and phone without success. I have since confirmed that ***** ****** and Turbo Temp Mechanical are not licensed HVAC contractors in the City of Alliance or registered with the Nebraska Department of Labor, which raises further concerns about the legitimacy of the business operations. This situation represents a clear breach of contract and failure to provide services for which payment was made in good faith. Desired Outcome: I am requesting a full refund of $5,000 due to breach of contract and failure to deliver any services or materials. If a refund is not issued promptly, I will pursue legal and civil remedies.

    In the documents I have attached you can see in the invoice and estimate it clearly states that "This budget also reflects time
    Fram (Frame) as discussed. Upon accepting the estimate we disscused that we would not be able to get to it right away and it would be a while before we could. As far as the SLANDER of not being a Licensed contractor in the city of alliance, You can obviously see in the document attached we were registered and have held a contractors license in the city of Alliance. You can also see in the documents attached we are also registered and have a contractors license with the Nebraska department of labor.

    I am rejecting this response because: Contact has been made but no effort has been made to refund the 5,000 dollars since May 19th. Two certified letters were sent to Turbo Temp Mechanical addressing a resolution. Still ***** ****** has made no effort to refund the 5,000 dollars. No Slanderous statements have been made. Verification and Business credibility was done due to lack of professionalism.

    We have been in contact with the customer and he verified that he received the first check refund payment of $2,500 in the mail and accepts the terms of the second refund payment check to be sent out on the 1st of august.
