    We contracted in Jul 2024 to have a Jacuzzi jetted bathtub installed at our previous home, which would not fit in the house we bought in Dec 2024. A change order was done in Oct 2024 for a jetted bathub for our new home. A $1,600 "restocking fee" was added to the bill. On January 27, 2025, the installers brought the original larger tub, realized it wouldn't fit, returned it to the warehouse, and brought a tub that was "on the shelf". That was to have been a right-hand drain tub, but they brought a "left-hand" drain tub and installed it. It did not come with its factory made side panel and some Delta (Jacuzzi) hardware was missing, which was replaced with parts from a home improvement store (non-Delta/Jacuzzi). Many weeks later the installers brought a side panel. It doesn't fit. I believe it was June 11, 2025, when ABC Seamless sent out someone to inspect the side panel. He said this was not the first instance of a side panel not fitting and he would check with the manufacturer. He also stated the manufacturer put the left-hand drain tub in a box labeled right-hand drain. This project is not complet and not totally satisfactory. ABC Seamless did not respond to an April 19, 2025 email; and, they did not respond to a letter I sent May 13, 2025, It was only after I received a phone call from the Controller asking why I hadn't paid the first invoice for final payment that someone was sent out to inspect. I explained to her and to the inspector that the project is not done until all of the work and parts are properly done. I have since received a second notice, with interest/past due charges, dated May 31, 2025 and now a third invoice dated June 30, 2025, showing ***** days past due. Billing should only be done after the project is complete, and this is not done. Their lack of response, additional charges, and billing are unsatisfactory. Not good customer service.

    We were out and yesterday and installed the new cover on the Tub. ***** our Production Manager called **** today and **** told ***** he was very happy with Kalebs work and the finished product.

     I am rejecting this response because: the replacement side panel does not stay flush, the adhesive does not hold along the top and the left side bows out a bit. A worker was to be here either last Friday or today (Monday) to caulk along the bottom of the tub and has been a no-show. The side panel of this very expensive tub is not the quality one would expect.
