  I had high hopes for ABC Seamless, but my experience with their sales representative, *******, was frustrating from start to ********* began with confirming our appointment, which I appreciated. However, he quickly turned the conversation toward ensuring my wife would also be present, despite me clearly stating twice that I would be the one meeting. He insisted again, then launched into an arrogant lecture about having her there, which came off as condescending and intrusive. At that point, I almost canceled, but decided to give him a chance.******* arrived on time and began asking about the property, which quickly devolved into him speaking at me with a dismissive, know-it-all tone, when I gave input. I asked for a simple quote for a metal roof replacement, hoping to skip the sales pitch, but he insisted we sit down to go over everything. Since I had just moved in and had no furniture yet, he offered, & we sat in his vehicle.Inside, he launched into a lengthy 40-minute pitch that was more style than substance. When he finally got to the quote, it had little to do with what I requested. Instead of quoting a metal roof, he presented an estimate for shingles, gutters, fascia, and soffit, totaling nearly $50,000. I reminded him I only wanted a metal roof and no fascia or soffit. He updated the quote to nearly $70,000 for a metal roof and guttersfor a 980 sq ft house. For context, I had priced out a full metal roof package elsewhere (materials only) for around $6,000, and even factoring labor, ABCs quote was wildly *********** make matters worse, ******* pushed for a decision on the spot. I asked for the quote to be emailed so I could review it. As of writing this, Ive received ********** I resumed working on my house, literally tearing off the old gutters myself, ******* sped away and ran over our construction cones. He dragged one down the street before pulling over to remove it and drove off without a word of apology.
