    Sold me a refurbished laptop on Walmart.com the laptop came with a damaged screen. Did not state that in the description or anything. Had to go through the manufacture to get it replaced. Was a hassle of going back and fourth.

    Hi *****,I am so sorry that this happened with the unit received. I reviewed this case and see that the order was purchased in ******* on February 25 2023 and delivered on March 3 2023. Unfortunately, I do not see any communication reporting a damaged screen once the item was delivered so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. I checked the phone records as well and dont see any attempt to contact ** from the number on file for the issue reported.I do see that you reached out to ** via ******* on May 17 for a return, however, I am unable to accept the return of the item as it is outside of *******s 30 day return period.I am so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, however, because the issue was never reported to **, I am unable to assist as this is not something covered under the 90 day warranty provided as it is considered physical damage.Thank you for your understanding.Sincerely,PlanITROI
