Lindsey is horrible manager- wouldn't let me speak with owner. Do NOT recommend- we first went to pick up our bikes (to save a $25 same day delivery charge) and they had already rented our stuff/ so all we could bring home was toddler bike. Within less than .25 mile I ended up carrying bike back to rental house. Called for new one, they gladly brought other items and new toddler bike- but everything was covered in sand. Then we added a beach stroller and within .5 of using it while jogging it seized up wheel, flipped everything out of the stroller and broke my phone from know king it out. Thank GOd my daughter wasn't severely injured. Had to take back to rental as we were out on jog- took back on my own-- got different stroller then manager just offers 10% on all rentals and says well you left juice and cookies all over one we brought back, and said it's not meant for joggin- even though it is a jogger stroller. Hung up on me when called back 6 hours after incident and said owner owns 6 other companies so he won't have time to call back. Horrible company. so rude, never felt so disrespected. no compensation for my phone flying out of stroller and back glass breaking into a million pieces. she was not even concerned my 2 yr old daughter coils have been seriously injured since we were jogging along Main Street when front wheel went crazy- and she didn't care, and said we took it to warehouse nothing is wrong with it- and the dirty double wasn't an issue until now- And I politely try to explain the compound effect and how the first problem wouldn't of been a big deal and I would've been like oh well stuff happens. By the end of the experience with them for things out of five that we rented or not function able. 10% off total rental is a joke for the trouble and inconvenience it has caused she was very rude and hung up on me, Somehow I don't think the owner will ever get my information to give me a call back unless I share these review on all the sites possible.
