    Worthless customer service. Takes advantage of elderly like my Mom. She was told by the salesman that the gate opener that they sale is a commercial grade unit. Also telling her that they don't need to be hard wired in because it has a solar charger. Mom has over 10k in this gate right now and it's worked for about three weeks. After they finally finished the installation she had no way to get out because they didn't put the vehicle detector in so she would have a way to get out. The gate is well made and that's the extent of this fiasco. Over two months and it hasn't worked and can't get them to fix it. Mom ordered the gate in February 2025 and finally finished in May 2025. Still broken to this day 8/13/25.
