  I really thought this was going to be a good process. Had the salesman come out ***** and I signed a contract on June 6, 2025 and at the time I was gonna get one window the price was 13 1005 and I paid $310.05 with left 1000 to be financed which they agreed the company agreed to finance and I have it in the contract lets fast-forward two months later the windows ready theyre gonna come and install it so when I called back to have it installed. She goes. Oh we need to run your credit again because youre only approved for 900 900 while my contract says 1000 oh well thats with **************** well have to rerun it we re-ran it. Nope youll need $100. Youll have to give us $100 when we install the window now mind you Ive already given them 310 05 back in June and I agreed upon the contract and I have a contract and when I called back to speak with the so-called manager who does not like the word, **** she thinks the word **** is the most offensive word in the English language to her that is cussing her out completely and she doesnt want to hear it but she said oh well thats some type of op something whatever I said I dont see what youre saying on my contract. Thats not on my contract that thats some type of op something it says $1000 so be worn. Its a bait and switch company just like every construction company in ************** *****************. Theyre all bait switch be aware be aware be aware window world I will never use you again may you install this one correctly? If not, well see each other in court thats all I got to say on that one youre supposed to install the window on Monday. Im gonna pay you in full. You can kiss your so-called **** financing. I know that was offensive wasnt it **** anyways not a good company to do business with a bait and switch always at the end thats where they get you youve been worn theyre financing is a lie. Whatever they write on the contract is not what they say is going to be.

  Good afternoon, My name is ****** **********, and I am the relationship consultant for the **************** Financing program for my client Window World. There was a situation with the customer ******** ******* and the store ******************************************************************. The customer was approved for the ******************************************* line of credit through **************** in June 2025. At the time the store attempted to process an authorization on the customers account to place a hold on the funds, this was done on 6/18/2025. Unfortunately, at that time our **************** processing portal was down due to technical issues. For our merchants, like Window World Fayetteville, they were processing authorizations, but nothing was showing as a successful hold on the account. Therefore, multiple attempts were made to see if it would go through. This was not visible to the merchant but on the backend ***** Fargo can confirm 3 authorizations were successfully created. At this time, the store can use one of the authorizations to charge the customers account as intended, the other 2 authorizations have been removed.
